What do past participants say about the Emerging CEO Programme?

For me, the best parts were the Tuesday live sessions, where we got to hear from Kelly and ask questions. Sometimes we went a bit off topic but it was great to hear the views of other students. I learnt a lot about myself in the communication modules and what I need to do to improve how I communicate with my teams....

Scientifically speaking, the best part of the Emerging CEO Programme was the combination of practical, real-world executive learning with a strong focus on transformational leadership and strategic thinking. Moreover, the programme not only provided deep insights into the evolving C-suite role, but also offered actionable tools through case studies, executive toolkit activities and hands-on reflection exercises. Additionally, I particularly valued the emphasis on developing a strategic mindset while building adaptable and resilient teams. Learning from world-renowned faculty and industry experts, along with engaging peer discussions and mentorship from a success coach, allowed me to contextualise leadership principles in my own organisation. Thus, this holistic approach – blending leadership theory, real-world application and personal development – has empowered me to think and act like a C-suite executive, driving innovation, fostering a growth-oriented culture and leading with purpose and empathy....
