Empowering future CFOs to master financial strategies

The Emerging CFO Programme from Imperial Executive Education equips mid- to senior-level finance professionals and aspiring CFOs looking to move beyond reporting into strategic financial leadership at the enterprise level. As finance becomes increasingly technology-driven and cross-functional, CFOs are expected to act as strategic partners to the C-suite, using data, advanced analytics and AI to inform decisions, manage risk and drive value creation.

Over eight months, the programme helps you transition from financial stewardship to enterprise leadership, equipping you to align finance with business strategy, influence investment decisions and lead transformation initiatives. Through a curriculum combining financial strategy, leadership development and real-world applications across risk, ESG and digital initiatives, you will build practical capabilities for modern finance leadership. The programme also includes the AI in Finance module, exploring real-world applications across credit evaluation, FP&A, fraud detection, regulatory compliance, trading and portfolio optimisation.

Distinguish yourself with a certificate from Imperial Executive Education and earn Associate Alumni status upon successful completion.
